Parents Nutrition Workshop
In partnership with our friends at Catholic Charities, KidWorks will be offering a 4-part nutrition workshop for families in the community. We want our families to live long and healthy lives and are excited to provide these tools to our families.
Topics include:
- Setting the stage: Healthy Choices
- Feeding your whole family
- Understanding labels and ingredients
- Smart strategies for shopping and planning
Cost:
- Free (Must complete a KidWorks registration form)
