Program Registration
From preschool to university, we provide your children with well-rounded programs to become leaders in and out of the classroom.
After School Programs (ASP)
- Complete the ASP Appointment form to schedule a time for program staff to register your family.
- Submit your ASP Program Fee here

Alumni Network Enrollment
- Contact the College & Career Programs department for enrollment.

College Apps Academy Enrollment
- Option #1 (current KidWorks students) – Schedule your 2025 ASP Registration appointment here
- Option #2 (College Apps Academy only) – Submit the College Apps Academy Enrollment form (one per student)

Community Program Registration/Love In Music
- Complete the Saturday Program Registration Form (only complete if not enrolled in ASP. One form per family)
- Programs take place from September – June.

Mater Dei Scholars
- Complete the Mater Dei Scholars application
- Have a parent/guardian submit the Mater Dei Parent’s Form
- Have a teacher/counselor submit the Mater Dei Teacher’s Recommendation
- Mater Dei Tech Fee Payments can be made here

Preschool Registration
Please review the registration checklist before filling out the required forms.
Step 1
E-Mail the following completed forms to idalia.galdamez@kidworksoc.org
Step 2
Submit the family registration form
Step 3
Bring the following documents to your child’s registration appointment:
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Child’s Immunization Card
- Monthly income statement/Check Stub
- Proof of Food Stamps/Government Cash Aid
- Proof of Address
- Parent’s Vaccines- MMR/TDAP/TB Test/Influenza
- Birth Certificate(s) of all children under 18 years, living in the household
