Favorite Memory at KidWorks: “I remember field trips to a local pumpkin patch in the fall and to the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach,” he says. “It was my first time riding a bus and I remember being in awe of the large fish. It was an experience I never would have experienced without KidWorks and it opened my eyes to the world of science.”
Why KidWorks is important: “KidWorks is such an essential part of the central Santa community, not only for the students they serve, but also for families. I have seen first-hand during the pandemic how KidWorks provides food distribution to hundreds of families and helps guide them to needed resources and help when it’s needed most.”
Dreams for the future: “My dream is to attend Stanford University in Northern California and pursue a career as a physician specializing in sports medicine.”
