Behind every successful professional is someone who once believed in their potential. Imagine what just one hour a month could mean to a high school student exploring their future.
The KidWorks Mentor Program matches 11th and 12th-grade students with a professional who supports them through their college and career goals during the last year of high school and their transition into life beyond graduation—whether that be higher or career education.
Mentoring relationships are a shared opportunity for learning and growth. Many mentors say that the rewards they gain are as substantial as those for their mentees.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
