  • Programs – Kinder-12th Grade

    Kinder-12th Site Supervisor (DDC)

    The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and implementing all K-12 after-school and summer programs at the KidWorks Dan Donahue Center (DDC), our primary community center. The Site Supervisor ensures the integration of student and family voices, delivering excellent implementation of programs, daily compliance, evaluation, and ongoing improvement. This position ensures innovative cross-departmental collaboration to deliver programs excellently and align with organizational goals. The Site Supervisor works to establish and maintain a meaningful partnership with parents, local schools, neighbors, and partners while representing KidWorks in the community in general. A key focus is fostering strong student engagement through innovative programming and effective partnerships with community stakeholders. This position ensures the organization meets student engagement and attendance goals, provides occasional crisis case management for students in need, and is responsible for staff coaching, professional development, performance evaluation, and volunteer support. Currently, the Site Supervisor oversees a staff of 6 who serve approximately 305 students weekly.

    Marketing & Communications Manager

    The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for the organization’s communications and marketing activities by establishing and implementing an effective communication and marketing effort. The ideal candidate is self-driven; will effectively, and creatively communicate KidWorks mission to current and potential donors; develop marketing opportunities through various special fundraising events; and grow KidWorks’ impact and visibility in the community.

  • Programs – Kinder-12th Grade

    Kinder-12th Grade Program Director

    Reporting to the Senior Director of Programs, the Kinder-12th Grade Program Director is a dynamic, self-driven leader committed to personal development, academic success, and leadership growth for all students. The role is responsible for leading, managing, and ensuring accountability across all aspects of after-school programming, as well as summer programs and enrichment activities.

    The Director oversees program design and evaluation, ensuring the development and implementation of engaging, quality curriculum and activities that align with organizational goals. This role includes oversight of all Kinder-12th grade programs across multiple centers, ensuring consistency and excellence in program delivery. The Director currently oversees a main center and two satellite centers. They will oversee the launch of an additional satellite center this year, with the potential of additional centers in the future.

    This position currently supervises four direct reports and oversees the overall Kinder-12th Grade team made up of fourteen staff. The Director also manages staff training and performance, applies department policies, and ensures adherence to health and safety standards. A key focus is fostering strong student engagement through innovative programming and maintaining effective partnerships with community stakeholders.

  • Preschool

    Preschool Teacher/Assistant Substitute

    Reporting to the Preschool Director, the Preschool Substitute is responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of daily on-site and virtual classroom lesson plans and assuring safety of children in the preschool classroom experience.
