Senior Director of Finance and Operations
KidWorks is seeking an experienced and collaborative finance leader to serve as its Senior Director of Finance and Operations. The Senior Director of Finance and Operations is responsible for all aspects of KidWorks’ finances and will also support the operations function of the organization, which includes Information Technology planning and purchasing. The position, reporting directly to the Executive Director/CEO, serves on the KidWorks Executive Team and works closely with the Board of Directors and KidWorks senior staff.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Programs, the College & Career Director is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating college and career programs at KidWorks. These programs, primarily serving first generation college students, have the objective of preparing students for a successful college or vocational enrollment and success in the workplace. Responsibilities include managing college and career staff (currently two: a coordinator and a program assistant), overseeing College and Career programming, related partners, and program goals and outcomes.

Reporting to the Preschool Director, the Preschool Substitute is responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of daily on-site and virtual classroom lesson plans and assuring safety of children in the preschool classroom experience.
