Mater Dei Scholars

KidWorks students have the opportunity to apply for a 4-year scholarship to attend Mater Dei high school.

Eligibility

8th grade students that have participated in KidWorks after school program for minimum of 1 consecutive year in middle school.
Students and parents demonstrate a long-term commitment to higher education.
Must be a resident of Santa Ana.

Requirements

(Requirements due Friday, November 7, 2025)

Complete the student application
Submit middle school transcript (6th & 7th grade)
Submit current 8th grade progress report card
Submit two letters of recommendations (one teacher/counselor and one KidWorks teacher)
Submit the parents application
