The KidWorks Mentor Program matches 12th-grade students with a professional who supports them through their college and career goals during the last year of high school and their transition into college.

Mentoring relationships are a shared opportunity for learning and growth. Many mentors say that the rewards they gain are as substantial as those for their mentees.

What to Expect

  • 2-year commitment
  • Year 1: group meetings in person once a month
  • Year 2: one on one meetings in person, Zoom, phone calls, or email
  • Mentor Program Events & Workshops

Requirements

  • At least 23 years old
  • Completed a 4-year degree at an accredited college or university OR equivalent experience OR enrolled in your last year in college
  • Complete a Mentor Application Form
  • Attend mentor orientation and training

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
